Intra-Company Transfer (Senior or Specialist Worker)

The Senior or Specialist Worker route (formerly Intra-Company Transfer) allows multinational companies to transfer senior managers and specialist employees from an overseas branch to a UK office. Who Can Apply?

• Senior managers or specialist employees of a multinational company
• Must be transferring to a UK branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of the same company
• Must have worked for the overseas employer for at least 12 months (unless earning over £73,900)
• The UK employer must hold a valid Skilled Worker/Senior or Specialist Worker sponsor licence
• The role must be at RQF Level 6 (graduate level) or above
• Salary must meet the minimum threshold of £45,800 or the going rate for the occupation
